The Wheeler Family are delighted to announce the appointment of our new head chef Kelan McMichael.

Kelan has brought his passion for home grown, sustainable produce to our table and is delighting us with his culinary skills.  Derryman Kelan, has moved from the Bogside and taken up residence in Bog Cottage in Rathmullan and looks forward to spending his free time exploring the shores of Lough Swilly.  He previously worked in Roscoffs, Deanes in Belfast and Castle Leslie.
