The Rathmullan Sailing & Watersports School has pretty simple goals-to provide people with a fun, safe, and exiting environment for participating in watersports. Four levels of sailing courses run from April to September 2012. Kayaking courses and tours are available subject to demand. Standard courses are open to adults and youths from 10 years of age. Younger children can be accommodated on Water Weeks and some classes when participating with their parents. All necessary equipment will be provided by the School. The School operates from a dinghy park and equipment compound at the pier in Rathmullan. Classroom-based activities take place in Rathmullan’s Resource Centre, which also houses the changing rooms and showers used by course participants.
