In the Cook & Gardener we make it our mission to champion local suppliers along with our own walled garden fresh produce and to use only the best ingredients. This allows our kitchen team to produce wonderful dishes that will excite and leave you spoilt for choice. We change our menu regularly to keep it seasonal and varied.

For the 2022 season we have limited availability for non residents. We have selected dates available for Sunday lunches and Afternoon Teas as well as evening dinner in the Cook & Gardener where capacity allows - all tables must be booked in advance. Currently we do not serve lunch or drinks/snacks to any non residents other than these pre-aranged bookings. Batts bar is only open to hotel guests.
