Fresh fruit and veg in our walled garden, fresh fish landed on our doorstep, fresh dough made for the Tap Room every morning and fresh ideas from our talented chef's from season to season. The ingredients are all there for us to provide high quality food for our guests, whether it is a light afteroon snack, a casual supper or a formal evening celebration.
Our reputation for fine food using local ingredients has been cultivated over the past 50 years. We like to think that guests need not leave the grounds of the hotel other than to see the beautiful sights of Donegal, as all culinary needs are provided for in Rathmullan House.
